Could you count how many times have you heard the word "exercise" since the beginning of the year? Everybody wants to get busy exercising in January, but their drive starts to fizzle right around February 14th!

I am going to be honest here. I don’t like to exercise! I read a quote that said:

“If God wanted me to touch my toes, wouldn’t He have put them higher up on my body?” To that I say a big, “Amen!”
